- Anxiety disorders
- Depression
- Obsessive‑compulsive disorders
- Psychosomatic symptoms
- Eating disorders
- Post‑traumatic stress disorder
- ADHD
- Or other psychological symptoms that impair your day‑to‑day life

Focus Areas of the Group

Depending on individual needs and group interests, topics may include:

- Emotional regulation
- Strengthening self‑esteem

Participants are encouraged to set their own thematic priorities and decide when and how they would like to work on their individual goals within the group process.

Process and structure of the Combination Therapy

First we will have an individual sessions to get to know each other, answer any questions you might be having about the group and assess your suitability (50 minutes). Next there will be a short diagnostic interview (50 minutes).
If after these two sessions we mutually decide that you might benefit from the group, your first group session can take place.

  • Therapy consists of a combination of group therapy and individual sessions, the latter are scheduled individually every 2 to 4 weeks

  • Sessions last 100 minutes.

  • Group size ranges from 3 to 8 participants.

  • Group therapy usually take place every two weeks.

Why Group Therapy?

Some therapeutic experiences and interventions (such as experiential exercises or constellations) can only be practiced effectively in a group setting. In addition, group therapy offers several unique advantages:

  1. Shared Learning
Participants benefit from the experiences and perspectives of others.
  2. Sense of Belonging
The group provides a supportive environment where you realize that you are not alone with your struggles.
  3. Multiple Perspectives
Interacting with others allows you to view problems from different angles and discover new approaches.
  4. Interpersonal Dynamics
Relationships within the group can reveal behavioral patterns that may also operate unconsciously in other areas of life, making them accessible for therapeutic work.
  5. Practice‑Oriented Learning
New behaviors and communication strategies can be directly practiced and reflected upon within the group.
